First-Year Ph.D. course as part of the Columbia Ph.D. Macro Core curriculum

The goal of this course is to build a solid background in business cycle facts and theory, to understand the positive and normative properties of the basic neoclassical business cycle model, and to understand its implications for macroeconomic policy.
